Private Home Care

Our Consulting Services to Private Home Care will walk you through the entire application process to ensure you receive your Private Home Care license for Georgia. Below you will find what is included in the package.

Packet includes the following:

•  Assist with the Private Home Care Application
•  Walk you through the entire process of getting your Private Home Care Permit
•  Provide Operational Forms
•  Provide Policy & Procedures
•  6 months-12-month coaching
•  Present Day of Survey
•  1 sample of resident binder
•  1 sample of staff binder
•  Provide Rules and Regulation

The total cost for Consulting Services will be $6,500. Additional fees for the license $350 and $300 for state license

Terms: Commencing as of the Effective Date and continuing for a period of 6-months to 12 months. This agreement may be renewed or extended for a period of time agreed by all parties.
